The Blues have been running tryouts for the last few weeks and are looking to be icing a fast team, with a good core of returning players.
They played their first exhibition game this past Sunday in Hespeler and came home with a 3-2 win in overtime. The league has gone to a four man refereeing system this year which will take a bit to get use too.
The Blues have home and home exhibition games lined up with Paris Mounties before starting league play. If you want to get a look at the 2022/23 team they play at home (JLGrightmire Arena) on Thursday Sept. 8th at 7:30pm and in Paris on Monday Sept. 12th at 8pm.
The Blues are on the road for the first couple season games before opening up at home on Thursday Sept. 22nd against the Grimsby PeachKings. On Thursday Sept. 15th the Blues are in Niagara at 7:30pm to take on the Riverhawks then on Sunday Sept. 18th in Port Dover to play the Sailors at 2pm.
