The Blues hit the ice on Tuesday night for the start of training camp.
It was a good skate with 44 players registered for camp and hoping to wear a Blues uniform this 2022/23 season. Blues head coach Dane O’Neill was really pleased with the talent that showed up and said “there will be some tough decisions this year. With the good core of returning players we should be able to ice a really competitive team.”
The Blues are on the ice Thursday and Friday this week from 8-9:30pm at Harry Howell Arena on Hwy 5. They will be skating at Harry Howell on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 8-9:30pm until they move into their home rink right after Labour Day.
To see what this years team might look like the Blues will be hosting the Paris Mounties on Thursday September 8th at JLGrightmire Arena on Market St the puck drops at 7:30pm
