The Blues hosted the Hagersville Hawks for their home opener in front of a big crowd on Thursday. Both teams had won their first two games of the season. But the Blues were determined to win their home opener and came out flying scoring 5 goals in the 1st period. When the final buzzer of the game blew it was Dundas 9 Hagersville 2.
Goal scorers for the Blues were Eric Semiwolos and Graham Rooney with 2 each while Nick Cutaia, Jake Proulx, Andrew Kalantzakos, JD McNeil and James Almeida with one each. Josh Ceranic in goal got his first win of the season.
Next week the Blues travel to Glanbrook on Wednesday night and are back home on Thursday night to face the Grimsby PeachKings, the puck drops at 7:30pm.
Blues win home opener and stay undefeated.
